Meet our dedicated educators who nurture and inspire every child

Esme Wallace
Manager
Hey, I’m Esme the managing director of Blossom Tree. I’m a qualified Early Years Teacher with over 10 years’ experience in childcare and children’s services. Over these 10 years I have gained a deep appreciation for children’s play and feel that the Waldorf approach is one that shares my values of childhood. The provision I wish to create is one that empowers children to be confident, self-directed learners, motivated to explore, think critically and learn through awe and wonder. I hope that every child in our care develops through meaningful experiences that have nature at the core.

Corina Jones
Deputy Manager
Hi, I’m Corina and I’m the deputy manager at Blossom Tree. Having gained valuable experience working in Childcare over the past 9 years, including nurseries, and one SEN primary school, it has reinforced my passion and desire to work to the highest standards and continue to make a big difference to the development and care of the children within my responsibility.
I enjoy creating small art using natural resources, I love reading, dancing and riding my bicycle.
I look forward to meeting your little ones and support them in their learning and have lots of fun together.

Charlotte
Teaching assistant
Hi, I’m Charlotte, a teaching assistant at Blossom Tree. I have always believed in the value of hands-on learning and discovering the world through meaningful experiences. Since becoming a parent, these beliefs have naturally shaped the way I parent and introduced me to the Waldorf-inspired approach to learning and its benefits to children and their development. I have always had a deep love for nature and feel happiest spending time outdoors, exploring, discovering and enjoying all that nature has to offer. This connection with nature is something I love sharing with children, encouraging them to be curious, observant and excited by the world around them.
